Joanne joined Compost Crew in 2023 as the customer service and administration director. She is responsible for the day to day operations, leading a cross-functional team supporting customer service, dispatch and administration. With over 30 years of experience in customer service and administration, Joanne has led high performing teams and optimized operations for global organizations like Bloomberg, Pearson and Xerox.

Marcia joined Compost Crew in 2022 as human resource director. Marcia brings decades of experience, most recently as human resource director with Community Health Center, Inc and IMCORP.
